• Types of messages: quote follow-ups, project status updates, design proofs and approvals, appointment and installation scheduling, service and maintenance notifications, and responses to your inquiries.
• Message frequency: varies based on your project activity and interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text us to restart.

• Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Quotes, Orders & Artwork

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change after site survey, permitting review, or design development. Production begins only after written approval of the final design proof and any required deposit. You represent that you own or have rights to any artwork, logos, or trademarks you submit to us.

Content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of ESCO Pacific Signs or its clients and is provided for general information. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
